Rebbeca Chatham owner of Dallas Jewelry & Chatham Jewelry is a rip off. I consigned several pieces of jewelry with her to sell and have not been able to get them or the money for any pieces she might have sold in over 18 months.

I have contacted an atty but because she is in another state and Rebecca refused to work with her that did not work. I also contacted the BBB they sent her a letter and she ignored them just like she did the other 9 complaints, that didn't work. I have tried to call her every day for over 6 months and she always has her phone on message. I have tried to text her and it is the same.

She has returned a few of my text with either the excuse my phone is "wet". I mailed it but gives me false tracking numbers, or false premisses. Always an excuse "I cant find the invoice, there is a workman at her home so she cant do anything, my copier is out of ink I have miss placed the paper work. I'm at the dr. But as of April 24 I have not see my jewelry since Aug

She has closed her business and is now doing business out of her home so there is no address to contact her. If she has not sold my items and sells them to some one else isn't that sell stolen property.

After 18 months I have not seen a check for anything that was or might have been sold or my jewelry. So it is my opinion that whin you keep something that is not yours you are a thief.
