I purchased a WD 250GB notebook travel. After only more than 2 weeks, it didn't trunk having a drive read problem. Efforts to do regular fix (recovery system, chkdsk / r) failed. Went Western Digital Diagnostics which stated the drive had no mistakes. Notebook proceed to prevent at shoe with same drive read problem.informed Western Digital who offered me a little discount on the fresh 320GB drive through their Client Loyalty plan (never again) using the supply the guarantee about the 250GB has become emptiness. Obtained the 320GB notebook travel. Reinstalled Windows, application, etc; hours of function.in under 3 months the 320GB drive didn't trunk using the identical mistake! Visited Western Digital website and found my ONLY CHOICE was TO PAY FOR MORE for another POS Western Digital travel. Grrrrr. These folks aren't truthful. For me they market crap and make use of the fine-print to obtain away with robbery. I'll NEVER purchase WD again and certainly will readily advise EVERYBODY I UNDERSTAND that WD is GARBAGE.
