National Readers' Service
Is trying to rope me into another 5 years!

Shops, Products, Services

So a little over 5 years ago, I was contacted on my cell phone about this great deal to get a bunch of magazines for 60 months AND get a free diamond watch... Told me I could cancel at anytime after the 60 months... Had to fight and fight with them to lower the monthly payment—which started at $59.99...

Long story short, they made me max out my credit card through all of this... So a couple months ago, a man from NRS calls to say they have a super deal for me! A gift of, I dont remember for sure, 12 months FREE with the purchase of 60 more months. I said no thank you; I never want to be bothered by you again...

Last week a woman from NRS calls to inform me that my "grace period" is over and the 60 months of billing would start all over agian... I told her I wanted to cancel. She said that was not possible since it's all prepaid to "the companies"...

What can I do? I do not want to start another 60 months of 49.99 BS payments! Help if you know what to do!!
