Fraud scam ripoff

I have been with this company for about 5 months or so. They called me up and told me that they were entering me into some drawing and they asked which credit card i used most often.

They made me an amazing offer it was like 4 or 5 magazines for like 4.00 a week. After i agrred to the terms above they then told me it would be 50.00 a month for 12 months. I told them it was to much so they lowered the cost. I was thinking about it and the service rep assured me that i would be able to cancel my subscription at any time no questions asked. So i agreed to the terms.

They took out 50.00 from my account and i later found out that theuy had placed a hold on my account for 37.50 which i was not aware of which made me overdraft my account by 60.00. At that point i was frustrated so i called to cancel and they told me that i could not cancel they could only lower my rate.

So now i was paying 22.50 a month for 24 months then i recieve a call from the a couple of weeks ago and they tell me i have been such a good customer and they wanted to send me free magazines so i agreed then they transferred me to another rep and he told me about the shipping charges. I ended up hanging up with him but i am still being charged 23.50 for 24 months for a second account with this company.

So now i am paying 23.50 on the 1st of the month and 22.50 on the 15th. I am also paying another company that i thought was Area Circulation because they had my info that Area Circulation had including my payment amount and payment interval.

That leads me to believe that Area Circulation was sharing my information with another company known as the National Reader Service. So now i am paying for Area Circulations services and the National Reader Services magazines. It all amount to about 60.00 for the next 24 months. On top of that i still have not recieved the diamond watch i was promised.

Neither of these companies will allow you to cancel your membership with them. I can no longer afford this as i am paying a car payment rent car insurance and other bills every month and i am a full time student with a part time job.
