Misleading trial software

On 11/16/08 I did so a web-search and discovered FinalData's site. I'd dropped some pictures and was attempting to recover them.

I saved the demonstration model of FinalData Standard 2.0, also it recovered a significant number of pictures that it shown as thumbnails. After I attempted to gain access to these pictures, it caused me to buy this program.

After I visited buy the plan, I came across the "Picture Retriever" program and bought that instead. It didn't function. And so I returned and bought "FinalData Standard 2.0". A

Even though it showed me unchanged thumbnails, I had been not able to access the pictures without problem. Nearly half the image was lacking. I currently had bought 2 applications, neither which worked.

On Monday, 11/17/08 I sent the organization (there is no telephone number available). I described the problem, and requested for either help in recovering uncorrupted files (easily was doing something amiss) or perhaps a reimbursement because the item didn't are guaranteed.

On Tuesday, 11/18/08 they sent me back again to provide a few recommendations also to recommend that occasionally the initial document is damaged though it has the capacity to show an entire thumbnail picture.

I tried the recommendations and was nevertheless not able to recover the pictures. Therefore the following week I sent them once again to recommend that I had been defeated. I again indicated my disappointment since I have experienced the merchandise was misrepresented and experienced eligible for a reimbursement for both items. It's been over 3 weeks and that I haven't obtained any reaction whatsoever.

I believe their demonstration items must have a disclaimer the documents it appears to recuperate aren't fundamentally unchanged, when I was fooled from the test edition.
