Recover Data Tools Ripoff

When my computer crashed I found Recover Data Tools online that claimed to have the "best" software for recovering lost files. They offered guaranteed results or my money back. I purchased it with my Paypal account so that I would have recourse if it did not work as promised.

I ran their program for many hours and I could see my files being scanned. After 12 hours of scanning it froze up. No way out. I emailed Recover Data Tools and they replied saying to uninstall/reinstall, so I did. I ran it for 36 hours and it froze up. No way out. After many attempts, it finally produced a file that I saved. I no longer have that file, but it was a file type that no program could open. I emailed them and they said to uninstall/reinstall.

I asked for a refund as I had no usable results.
