Relic Masters
Sent wrong item too me. Said they would exchange or give refund but have not

Initially in February I was sent a product (replacement guitar neck) I did not order. Through email, because no phone # is provided, myself and the merchant agreed to an exchange. It usually took a week or more for the merchant to respond to my emails.initially I was told that my exchange would take around 30 days. After 30 days and no new information I emailed the merchant again. I asked for explanations such as reasons for delay and expected delivery. The merchant seemed deliberately ambiguous. Finally after months of waiting I requested a refund. Through the merchant emails they implied that a refund was available at anytime during this process. Originally I was getting emails from "relic@relicmasters.com" signed by "Joe" whom I believe is Joseph Gadbury because that was the name on the return address when the wrong product was initially sent. Most recently the emails have been signed by someone named Eldon. Those emails also coming from the email address "relic@relicmasters.com". I requested a refund as of June 13. After my request for refund I recieved an email from the merchant explaining that they had delivered a product to me in February. I could not believe that they where now trying to tell me that the initial delivery of the wrong product was somehow what satisfied their obligation to me based on our communication. I sent them copies of the many emails that have gone between us showing their mistake. I have since not heard from them.
