Owes me money for work done

I did work for David Fields a few days ago and just completed it and he refuses to pay. He claims that all transcriptionist are not doing their work.

I did the work and he claims my work is terible, which I took the time and energy to transcribe for him. He refuses to pay me when he is the first person who ever complained about my work. I have never had any issues with my work or non paying people before.

After I completed the work, he decided to tell me then that he won't be paying me for the time I spent on doing over 85 minutes of work for him.
