This Dr. Collins started treatment and never completed the work. He has billed the insurance company for the work that was never completed and got paid from the insurance company. He refuses to return the money requested back from the insurance company. It has been over a year now and he won't comply. He also has had previous pt's who have had work from him that margins of crowns are not good and need to be replace and he refuses without pt. Paying more money toward that work. He does not back up anything he does.
