I ordered a Coach signature tote handbag from Luxebagz.com on December 16 and never received the purse. My credit card was charged $153. I contacted their support email address (support@LuxeBagz.com) to ask where the bag was. They said it was coming (order number was 1069) in 14 to 17 days. I never received the bag and they took my money. We contacted them again in one month. They told us they were having trouble with their mailer. We waited another month and no handbag.
Please don't order a handbag from this company. You will never get it and they will take your money.
