Great Expectations Of Nashville
Ray Dimmick Fired 4 people in 1 week, 2 due to Interstate being closed down. Cusses at employees and people calling in asking for a refund because they felt ripped off and lied to about data base, and were charged 4,000-7,000 and couldn't get money back

Shops, Products, Services

Great Expecations of Nashville's new director fired all of the office in Nashville, hired a new group. Within the first 10 days fired 3 people and one walked away. He cussed at employees, at people calling in asking for a refund. Two employees were fired because interstate 65 was closed down for 4-7 hours. Despite the employees told him to please check the interstate report-he refused to do so, and ranted what would happen if someone came in for an appointment. They had made calls into the office to make him aware of their situation and he refused to check the machine to validate it. He jerked the telephone out of the receptionist's phone when a customer had been complaining.

They charge 4-7,000 for their services and have a small print that says it is a no refund policy, the members aren't allowed to view the database until after their photos are taken (which is an additional charge), and then they find out there are not the amount of people they were told, or the age they were told in the data base. The customers were calling into complain and Ray cusses them out over the phone and tells them not to call back.

Employees on a 9 hour shift were told they could not take time for dinner.

There was no official training for sales people and were had to take his word there were 1,000 members in their data base. When one of the sales people took a client into his office (because her first customer) and inquired about a payment plan she was later hollered at for bringing a client in his office.

When sales people asked their questions of what potential customers might ask, they were instructed to stick to the manual and not ask their questions no one would ask those questions.

The employees had to ask to fill out W2 forms, and kept asking him what they wanted him to do. Finally the 3rd day he got the forms out, and just kept telling them he was spending a $1,000 for each person that walked through the door so they had to sell that person when they walked in the door.

The day the 2 people were asked to leave due to the interstate being shut down, he would not allow them to even explain, just told them to pack their shit and leave!

I for one am grateful that I only saw one person and I did not sell them the package because I would hate for it to be on my conscious that I sold someone a RIP OFF PROGRAM! IT is a total SCAM. To pay $4,000 to 7,000 for a package you should be able to have a video on broadcast quality, and it is awful!!! You should be able to have activies of a higher calliber and THEY WENT BOWLING!

Join Match it is only $30.00 a month and they have 10,000 members join a day. Great Expectations gives you promises they CAN NOT AND ARE NOT FULFILLING.
