What an unprofessional business and manage

I was in the Great Expectations store in Nashville (now Brentwood) recently and all I can say is that it was not a warm and fuzzy. The employees really put on the pressure to pay for a membership that would have cost me over $5000.00 and would not let up. While I was there I could hear what I percieved to be a manager yelling at another employee in his office.

I got out of there real fast but was continually contacted by the representative that I was speaking with. After a few conversations she revealed in confidence that the interview rooms were wired and the manager listened to all of the interviews and that is why she had to put so much pressure on me in order to keep her job. I called and asked for the managers name and the receptionist to my that his name was Ray Dimmick. I left a message for Mr. Dimmick to call me but he never did.
