This all started 2 yrs ago when Rescue Rooter 'installed property line clean out' which roots had broken the pipe. They gave a 3 yr warranty which was signed off by the General Mgr. The job cost over $2800 after negotiating a deduction for the way they left my front yard! It took over a mth to complete the job and totally killed the lawn from the pile of dirt and rocks they left on the lawn!
Two yrs later I am having problems in the same area. They now tell me they only give ONE year warranties, even when my invoice clearly states 3 years. They are also disputing the job location and want to charge me again! There staff also turns over often, not being able to deal with the same person!
Two years ago when they started, the technician who started the job quit after a few days and lost my file! Rescue Rooter is nothing but trouble. They sweet talk you on the phone and when giving you a bid in person and than they take there time on the job, also wasting a lot of your time and do nothing to follow through even when put in writing! Even if you have to pay a little more for someone else - it's worth it than to have to deal with these people!
