Hot water Tank Drained, 24 hrs later volcanic eruptions from top of hot water tank, basement flooded!

Rescue Rooter assigned through American Home Shiield, fixed a leak in Bathroom sink, small leak to inlet to house (took approx 2 weeks to fill 8 oz cup). Asked same guy to drain hot water tank, He drained and flushed drained and flushed, payed extra (not covered under home warranty). 24 hrs later hot water gushing out of top of hot water tank, basement flooded! Had to call same company per AHS, same guy came out, said pressure valve to house had failed, needed new pressure valve? (more money) Cannot prove anything because same person came out, too much of a coincidence. Called Resue Rooter Spoke with Cassie (refused to give her last name) I told her that I was going to call customer service at AHS, she pretty much told me I was wasting my time because Resue Rooter had been contracting with them for more than 10 years.
