Unprofessional, lost piano, no refund, no communication

Move-a-piano.com is an online broker for moving pianos. They lost part of my piano, provided no refund, did not honor the insurance that I paid for, and will not return emails or phone calls. They did not respond to an investigation by the BBB, who has given them an unsatisfactory rating. Feel free to research this company thru the Tulsa BBB, as I am not the only pending complaint. They are completely unprofessional, and I am out quite a bit of money and still missing pieces of my piano after 7 months. Do not use this company!!!
