Won't honor their quotes - will rip you off and hold your piano hostage

We found Move-A - Piano online and were given a quote to move our player piano, cabinet for rolls, and piano bench from Ca. To Ohio. We took a photo of everything so they knew what was involved with the move. When the piano was picked up nothing about the cabinet being "too large" was mentioned, but once the piano and cabinet were half way across the country all of a sudden Move-A-Piano needed an additional $350 to deliver it to it's destination of Ohio. They actually charged my credit card without an authorization to do so. DO not do business with this company. They will RIP you off and will not honor the quote they give you. Seriously, find a better way to transport your piano. Do not trust Move - A - Piano!
