Student loan payments higher than 50.00 and threatening calls

I've been going around and around with this company. I believe they represent ASTRIVE, but I'm not sure. There were to be no payments until 6 months after graduation, but I get a bill and a million phone calls a month. Payments were also supposed to be only 50.00 a month, but the least amount has been 130.00.

I have put the loan in forbearance, and this company still can't get their "stuff" straight. Threatening phone calls; they don't even care who they are speaking to when they call! I've told them many times this loan is in forbearance, but they keep saying they have no record of it. The next call I get, I'm contacting an attorney.

Don't use this company or Citi Bank for student loans, and don't let the college tell you that you have to use these companies! I think Central Michigan University gets "kick" backs from them, since they forced us to use these companies, saying that the college only accepts loans from them.
