Loss Prevention Member used excessive force and touched an "alleged" shoplifter inappropriately

While shopping at Wal-marts I was unfortunate enough to witness a middle aged lady being accused of shoplifting. She went back into the store agreeabley with the loss prevention member and was complying with everything he asked even though he was being nasty, rude, arrogant and man handling her. This man tackled her unnecessarily and was caught placing his hand on her breast during the process (no it didn't look unintentional either). The whole escapade brought several other customers in trying to help this lady, that even though she was accused of shoplifting, was obvisouly being accosted unnecessarily. When the cops finally arrived, this man was holding her wrists causing her to lean precariously backwards over a table. When he released her he also pushed her so that she fell backwards over the table breaking it and hurting her back in the process. When paramedics arrived, the lady was unable to even move - she was temporarily paralyzed from his actions. I wonder what kind of a law suite this lady could actually place on Wal-marts and win because of the unscrupilous character they employee or "goon" should I say, that they call a loss prevention member? I was shocked and horrified at this man's actions and Wal-marts apparently allowing and encouraging employees to behave in this unprofessional manner and will not be going back their to shop.

If anyone has any information that might help this lady, please feel free to contact me as I have every intention of following up to see if Wal-marts makes this right or if they condone such lame behavior out of their employees.

Personally, if that lady has a brother or a husband, I hope they catch the loss prevention guy out somewhere and give him a good old fashioned ass whipping for treating a woman the way he did. He was bold enough to think that just because she was an alleged shoplifter he could treat her anyway he chose to and get by with it even with witnesses there. The worst part of it was his supervisor was a witness to it and seemed to condone his behavior!
