Company Does Not Abide By Return Policy

I order an expensive bag from this site. The size of the bag was not what I expected so I needed to return it. The bag was shipped to my office so I did not receive it immediately. Once I opened the package I notified them of my wish to return. The email was not responded to in a few days. My original contact was on the 7th day from when I received it. They have a 7 day return policy which is very short.By the time they responded it was past 7 days. They reluctantly accepted the return even though I was exchanging it for a more expensive bag. They also charged me a restocking fee. It was a very difficult transaction - and took almost a month. Avoid dealing with them unless you know exactly what you want.
