20% restocking fee, not a timely process

Beware. Purchases through this site are difficult to return. There is a 20% restocking fee, irregardless of whether you've even opened the box. There is no help offered when calling the number. You'll wait for some number to use to return the merchandise. It takes days to get. You will return the item all on your own, and at your own expense - you figure out what's the least expensive means of returning the merchandise.

Use other sites to purchase lighting. Many sites have much friendlier timelier and less expensive means of returning merchandise. When purchasing items on the internet, use discretion. Pay attention to return policies. This firm's return policy is among the worst I've seen on the net - and I've purchased over 10 articles on the net in the past year. I think this outfit is focused on local, in-store purchases. If suckers die off, they might just as well go back to operating like a store front business and throw the computers in the trash.
