I called ADT because I needed to cancel my service, however I wanted to fulfill my contract obligations and pay through March. I had ADT for almost two years at my previous address and moved and did a transfer of service. To my surprise, it was not a transfer of service, but a mew contract that I did not agree to. When I called ADT CS, I was told that I had signed a 3 yr. Contract and had to pay 75%-$1100 for a service that I am not using. I was shocked; I have had this transfer for about 60 days and am not happy at all. 10/27 I emailed the sales agent—Jeremy to let him know what ADT Customer Service told me, however I am willing to pay out my original contract through March (fulfill my two years); The salkes agent sends me an email stating that I need to talk to the Manager SP in the Charlotte Office—who is a total WITCH.

Well let me say that before I even spoke to the Sales Agent, I spoke to an ADT CS Rep. For the 2nd time and they understood my situation and said that everything documented in the system prove that I was doing a transfer and in no way knew that I was signing a three year contract with ADT. The Rep. Told me to speak to the person that sold me the system, so I emailed the Sales agent—lest call him JP. That is when JP gave me to that witch SP. Had I known I was signing a 3 yr, contract and on top of that get this kind of treatment, I would never have gone with ADT. JP is dishonest & not forthcoming because he wanted to make a sale. That is why they call him their#$1 Sales Agent. I feel violated and taken advantage of. ADT has a Money back guarantee for SIX months but do not believe that. Now I know how ADT stays in business... They charge people for a service that they do not use so that they can collect. God does not like ugly and they too will feel the wrath
