NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS ripoff fraud no report overcharged unproved invalid unfair con artist fake ripoff Denve

I boutght a phone, it took me almost a month to get connected, I began to get outragios bills that I know I did not make, I spent hours on the phone trying to find out the problem - no help, and then I went inot a store, they tried to help me for over two hours, no results... I asked them to prove the bill they said I owed with a list of calls, and they told me for 5 months, after requesting the list five months consecutively, that they would send it.

At the end of 5 months with my final call, they said they could not provide it since I did not request it from the start... After five months of telling me they would send it. I am sure that they have put this information into a bad credit report against me - when I didi everything to resolvve it, but communications just stopped after they sent me a collections notice - even when I attempted numerous time s to find out how this outrageous bill could have been mine.

I even took the chip out of the phone and the battery to prove no usage could be made in the last two months and continued to get usage bills of over $100... They never follwed up never explained. Now I am stuck with a $90.00 phone I cannot use and cannot even get a cell phone provider because of this mess. This is unfair, and also neglegent on behalf of Nextel, by not further updating or informing me of my status after several attempts. Customer service could never answer my questions and was often rude.

I could never speak with a superior, and now I am wondering what the status is, or if someone else is possibly useing my account fraudulently, and me, I can get NO CELL PHNE... Help!
