No customer service
no rebates for most
sending bills out late!

I work for Cricket and I'm disgusted with this company! I work here only for a paycheck, but I cannot take the deceitful wrongdoings the company is involved in no longer!

According to other employees here at Cricket, Cricket has NO customer Service! AND, you will not get your rebates! Or your head sets!

According to another employee from our headquarters in California, Cricket will only satisfy about 10% of its rebates and free headset orders that are to go out is sporadic at best.

Another fellow employee at Cricket said that this web site, usacomplaints.com had made several attempts to contact the company in California, but we are unsure of the results. This is how I found out about this web site. I just e-mailed consumer complaints to ask what the outcome was, I will update my consumer complaints and let you know.

DON'T EXPECT YOUR REBATE ANY TIME SOON!
About the rebate company they are using to send out rebates, its a Rip-off Company that has been ripping off consumers with other major products as well, like the many consumer complaintss I've read here on consumer complaints (over 60 Reports) about Likom Monitor Rebate rip-off also with the Fry's Electronics' consumer complaintss, Likom Monitors used this same company for their rebates, or to NOT give their Rebates.

The name of the company that ripping off the rebates according to a fellow employee is webrebates.com AKA Global Rebates located in the Phoenix Arizona area.

HOW TO CALL IN AND GET CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Getting a live person to the phone is a real tricky situation! You need to select option 3, wait 30 seconds and press the number 1 quickly five times! It works!

This unscrupulous company I work for is now sending out bills late, killing 2 birds with one stone, by picking certain selective area markets each month at random. This is so they can charge you a late fee and it would also put you in violation, a reason to NOT give you your rebate! One of many reasons they pick to NOT give you your rebate!

Many of us employees bought phones before Christmas for family members, and still today, NO REBATE! So we know the deal! The owner of the company Harvey White is a liar and a creep according to other employees at the main office in California.

All our stores are a JOKE! Long lines and they teach us how to cheat our customers! I cannot take this anymore so I will be looking for another job.
