Rip off of rebate not gonna happen

I bought two phones around Christmas time, one for christmas. NO rebate. I bought one in the first few days of Jan, and they (circle K and cricket) assured me the rebate was extended even though the form said expired 12/31. I bought a third phone in Feb. NO rebates on any of the three. The second phone they said the rebate period expired. Now they are in chapter 13 so I imagine all the rebates will be listed as debts and handled through the court.
