Employment scam free advertising bad leads unbooked appointments

This company promises 2-4 confirmed appointments per day. On the surface the commission structure looks good, but in reality it is an employment mill. They hire groups at a time do phone training (biggest waist of my life) and send out new hires to market thier products for free.
What is orriginally presented as you going to pre-booked, confirmed appointments they change into network marketing." Talk to business owners you know" etc. Drive around on your dime and pass out our flyers while we pay you nothing and book no appointments for you. If I want to prospect and cold call I ll sell a bigger ticket item than a credit card lease that might pay 1000 on a reallly good day. The whole thing is set to string you along as long as possible.
Every phone call mostly consists of some yahoo in TX talking about how sucsessful he was doing your job and what a great opportunity this is. If its so great why change? I would guess that if you worked your ass off you might be able to make a poor mans living.
Dont ever work for these people. I regret the week I waisted and hope others dont make the same mistake. Btw. If this is the business plan for thier " employees" I can only imagine how they actully treat the customers.
