It doesn't produce steam

Blocked within the device for that 1st-time. The lighting arrived on for 20 seconds (showing "heat") then went down. Arrived on after five minutes for 20 seconds again but NO VAPOR. Water was chilly and vapor never arrived of the openings. Examined the store and it is okay. Our summary is the fact that it's faulty.

The telephone call to-order it had been unusual and that I couldn't satisfactorily discover any data or verification of what I really requested. The speech kept attempting to add-on accessories.

The "delivery" cost was nearly around the applying. I actually donot understand how to contact the organization by telephone. I'm really discouraged.
