Teavana teapot enamel flaked off after eight months and exchange refused

Do not buy teapots at Teavana

I got a very expensive teapot at Teavana ($160.00) and after 8 months of extremely careful use, the internal cover of the teapot (enamel) started to flake off. I went to the store where I got it (Teavana at the Burlington Mall in Massachusetts) and requested an exchange but they started to delay the process until the warranty expired.

Moral of the story:

1.-Do not buy teapots at Teavana. Go to your closest China Town and get an identical teapot for a fraction of the price. ($35.00)

2.-Do not buy teapots at Teavana. There is no warranty on the product they sell because they know it will break.

3.-Do not buy teapots at Teavana. Because whatever the problem you have, you will find a discourteous and inefficient customer service.
