My 82 year-old Mom is being ripped off!

Attoney collection Servicies, Inc will not answer or return calls. Repeated requests for a statement or update have been ignored. Payments were held or made intermittently. When my 82 year old Mom complained, they sent her a box of chocolate and an apology. That was last Christmas. We are contacting Attorneys and will file complaints with Better Business Bureau.
