Capital One Services, Capital One Credit Card, Capital One Bank fraudulent ripoff business, ripped off and scammed Richmond Virginia...

Lost my job and my Capital One Credit Card went into collection. When I got a job I started making payments, the cancled checks prove this, but the payments were not postedto/deducted from my account. The original collection ballance remains the same, plus interest.
Capital Services and Capital One Bank are regulated by the Federal reserve and the Commonwealth Of Virginia's State Corporation Commission, Bureau of Financial Institutons.

If you have been making payments I pays to check as see if your payments are being posted This seem like it might be another Lincon Savings and Loan, ENRON or World Com.information on how to file a complaint is on the Virginia State Web site, The Federal Reserve web site also explains how to file a complaint. The more complaints about this issue and others the faster we will see action.
