Rip-off paid $49 for a card that I never got now they have my bank info Tampa

I recieved a letter offering 0%interest for the first 12 months and it stated that I was pre approved for a $5,000 dollar limit so I jumped at the chance. I sent in a check for $49 to have it rush delivered.

I wanted almost a month and still didn't get a card. So i decided to try and get their number of off the internet so I could call them to find out what was going on.instead i found out it was a scam.
