I came across Carlton's ad on Craigslist offering tradlines for $500. I paid his via western union. He said it would report in 3 weeks, it is not 6 weeks there are still no tradelines on my credit report and he wont return my emails.
His Application states that he has a Money Back Guarantee however, he is a scammer who wont return my emails...
