Promises CPN's, primary tradelines for $500 and lines of credit and never delivers!

This guy runs all sorts of ads on craigslist and Backpage and says he will get you CPN's and trade lines and lines of credit. It typically takes about 24-48 hours to get a CPN. He has been promising a whole group of people who spent over $1000 each with him that he would get them a CPN and trades since July... So far NOTHING!
He has a great scam going where he only charges $500 for 5 trades!
But the reality is this "When it seems to good to be true... It usually is"!!!
He says initially that he has a Paypal account and you can use a credit card but somewhere in the final transaction says he is having some sort of issue with his account and talks you into wiring or sending the money western union.

I really think initially this guy meant well and just thought he would figure it out along the way after taking everyone's money and just still has not got it figured out yet.

I have many clients he screwed out of a lot of money! And unfortunately there is nothing they or I can do about it. DON'T EVER SEND ANYONE CASH! Always use a credit card (not a debit card) because that is the only way you can track anything and have recourse when they don't come through!
I have spoken to SOOOOOO many people who have been scammed by this guy it is unbelievable!
Beware... Scam artist!!!
