My girlfriend got me a personalized belt from a place called Pitka Leather. The belt is cool and well-made but it doesn't fit—at all. She ordered a size 34 belt to match the six pairs of size 34 jeans that I have and the belt doesn't fit—not even on the smallest size.
In total my girlfriend paid around $30 for this belt, so she contacted them to see what could be done. They responded with two very rude and condescending e-mails and said the most they would do is offer a 20% discount on a new order.
Do not do business with this place, they will screw you and will do nothing about it when you complain.
