I was sold a previously altered and wrong size bellydance

I ordered gold "Putting on the Glitz" belt and bra bellydance costume from Dahlal. On the website they ask for specific belt and bra size. I ordered 32B cup bra and 36 upper 39 lower belt. I received it in the mail. I tried it on belt fit great but bra cup not my size. I spoke with Tim Kent and Bo. Both said I could return it and that they could add padding to the bra if I liked. I returned it untouched. I called for an update. Suzzanne the owner of Dahalal International rudely told me that I altered the bra and it could not be returned. Suzzane failed to realize on our first conversation that she told me the bra was not alterable. I was polite and told her that her company should keep their word and send me the correct size. She refused and then refused to return my money. I have a reliable witness that can speak on my behalf that I did not alter the bra. The customer service given by the owner was horrible. Her staff on the other hand were great.
