Very poor service/quality/knowledge

This business has continued to screw up my car stereo intallation. First, it was installed crooked in the dash. Not a little crooked but alot crooked. Next, they unhooked the dash touch screen panel so I had no use of my A/C unit. Then a month later the stereo began going out everytime I hit a bump in the road. I took it in for them to honor their lifetime warranty and they let the car sit all day, didn't look at it and the technician stated that, "No one told him what was wrong with it". He wasn't much concerned with either calling me to ask or asking the front office person. I decided to take my car elsewhere and pay to get it fixed rather than allow these idiots to ruin other things in my car. The new store said several screws and clips were missing from the installation.
