Have not received delivery 33 days after pickup

On Oct. 1st, National Relocations picked up my delivery. Upon pickup I was not honored my internet price quote and was asked to pay about $600 more. I was told my delivery would arrive around Oct. 15th and and it is now Nov. 3rd and nothing is here. I have called multiple times and have been given 3 different stories from various employees called Allen White, Jeremy (the so called owner), Lisa (the sales associate), Andy, Michael, and Mishka.
