Vonage! Right from the time they sneak in activation charges to the time that you keep waiting for the rebates that never come to the time you leave (cancellation charges), vonage doesn't stop sucking your blood.

They suck!
1) When your service halts because of faulty repairs, if any you only get a partial refund.
2) Try cancelling the service with vonage on a weekend (that claim to be open 24x7) and guess what? You have to cancel on a weekday! And if that weekday happens to be the first day of your next billing cycle, guess what? They are anyways going to charge you for a month!
3) A replaced device (that goes bad for no fault of yours) is charged some $40.00 even when you return the old faulty one. The reason apparently is that you used the device for less than 1 year after they replaced the faulty one! So it is like they have the cake and eat it too? And nobody tells you this when they are replacing even when you ask.

I simply can't believe this! If they keep treating customers like this they are sure to disappear from the scene permanently.
