Unauthorized charges

About a few months before I observed a $12 cost to my CREDIT for reservation benefits. I'd no idea what it had been and simply thought it had been a cost I obtained after I visited. The same occurred last month and that I did not believe much about this since I had been absent for work again. Well, I simply observed another impending cost from CREDIT RESERVATION BENEFITS within the quantity of $12.00 that's inexplicable. I looked up their quantity and talked to some customer support representative who explained I registered for this after I requested plants from FTD.com. Be careful! I don't remember becoming a member of something on the website despite the fact that she insisted I visited okay and stated I needed an effort account. I actually do remember them wondering easily want to obtain promotional offers and birthday reminders (FTD) but no remembrance of CREDIT RESERVATION BENEFITS. I had been ready to stop my account plus they are said to be refunding me. I'm really dissatisfied in FTD, nor intend to purchase from their website again.
