Deceptive billing practices / refund

After receiving a $9 charge for 3 months. I called their number 1-800-890-4892 and spoke to a rep. After giving her my name and address (reluctantly) she notified me that I had signed up in conjunction with movietickets.com. And she cancelled my membership and offered a $9 refund, which I demanded a full $36 refund or else I'd file a complaint, she made an "exception" and emailed me subscription cancellation confirmation (we'll see if the refund takes place though). I did remember responding to a $10 coupon offer for signing up for what was billed as a "value offers" membership, but there was no mention of the monthly charge other than this in very small print:
