Beware they write bogus in house orders using your credit card number!

I placed an order with this company March. After only receiving a partial order I cancelled the balance June. Imagine my surprise when I piece of the cancelled balance came to my home. I requested return instructions and credit for this item.By August I had not received return instructions yet and the final item on the cancelled balance was shipped to my house.

It turns out, and this is directly from Lion, that although I cancelled my balance someone there re-entered an order for me, using my credit card number. This is illegal. They couldn't care less.

I finally received return instructions and returned both items. I received only partial credit for the first item and a bill for the second item! The credit did not include the shipping fees charged for the cancelled item - go figure.

These people are unscrupulous. Don't use them if you can possibly go somewhere else.
