Big promises and performance, not delivered - some dishonesty and fraud

Recently had a pool installed by Gold Medal Pools. They basically did a good job, but didn't live up to some promises and expectations they gave me before signing the contract. They damaged things and didn't offer to reimburse me, and wouldn't even have told me had I not witnessed it. Some of their employees and contractors actually stole things out of my yard. My conclusion with this company - mediocre standards and integrity. I wouldn't use them again and couldn't recommend them to anyone without reservation and caution.
