Dishonest, Ripoff

I was a pool designer and salesman for Gold Medal Pools. I was cheated out of approximately $3,600.00 dollars of commissions of pool and spa projects that I sold. This is money that I worked hard to make and deserve. The non-payment of these moneys has financially hurt myself and my family.

I was told by Josh Sandler that I had not quoted the projects correctly. This is not only a lie, but the pricing was always checked by Josh Sandler either before I presented the price to the customer, or during the negotiating session. I only worked at Gold Medal Pools for about 3 months and was still considered a new employee and wasn't yet trusted to present proposals without Josh Sandler or the other salesman "checking my numbers". All final prices of projects were also always negotiated in order to "land the deal" by Josh Sandler. (He being the only authorized person to manipulate the pricing program in order to give such discounts etc.)

Furthermore, a commision sheet for each project was filled out which showed what my commission for that job is. (Commisions were to be paid during the actual construction of the project) These commission sheets were signed by Josh Sandler, Mark Delinger of accounts payable/receiveable, and myself.

Steve Sandler, whom actually ownes the company has a very respected name in the pool construction industry. It's very apparent he and his son Josh, are dishonest, unfair people who are severely lacking in integrity. They should pay the agreed upon commissions for services provided by myself that benifited their company.
