Bad service

We used Pilot Air Freight for all of our international shipping for two years before realizing that they were not catogorizing our shipments correctly. They were supposed to be advising us on exporting issues and never told us many of the things we should have done. They charged us for another company's shipment and ignored us when we asked for a refund. Then they sent us to a collection agency for not paying!
