What Time Do You Close? - Customer Service

In a hurry to finish a project, I ran to the local hobby store on Sunday. As I pulled in, I noticed I only had ten 7 minutes before they closed but luckily, I new exactly what I needed. As I walked in, a woman told me they were closed at which point I looked at my watch and asked what time they closed. She said, they closed at 5pm and I replied, well, it's not five yet. The owner behind the counter said "by my watch... We're closed." I'm sorry but do not post hours if you're not going to follow them, they were rude and didn't take the time to even help. I asked if there were any places I could get what I needed and they told me the only option I had was to come back, well, thanks to this site, I had another option. I have spent 100's of dollars but no more.
