Terrible experience

I went to go make a payment on a Saturday. They close at 430 I walked in the door at 440. The door was opened and their were still 4 employees in the front office. Receptionist asked me how I may help you, I replied since she asked "I’m here to make a payment." So then she decides their closed. Why in the f* would you ask how may I help you if your going to tell me your closed, you should of started with "Sorry we're closed". I proceeded to ask may I leave it in an envelope. Then she replied to that "we will not be responsible". B* you just closed 10 minutes ago. They are very rude and unprofessional. Dental visit takes about 4 to 5 hours. You wait in the waiting room for 2 hours then another 2 in the chair and then an hour for something that takes 30 minutes.
