Awful Customer Service

I have come to this store many of times and this was the first time I had a problem with store in any way. It upset me enough however to say something publicly. I was in the store with my mother and sister after we had gone to dinner and we were hoping to do some last minute shopping before a wedding this weekend. We got to the store around 8:20pm, knowing that the store closed at 9pm we were going to just look really quickly.By the time we grabbed two dresses to try on they had already closed the dressing rooms and this was by 8:26pm.By that point we had given up on the dresses but I had found a sweeter I wanted to buy. I waited at the front counter for awhile until I had to ask if they had closed the cash registers too, hoping for a response from the associate. She barely spoke to me at the counter so I finally asked if they had comment cards at this location which she then asked me what that was...? So then I asked for the managers name, to then find out that this store does not have a manager. My question is who is making sure their associates are behaving properly and courteously? Because tonight they managed to lose business from three different customers.
