Don"t buy this product. I needed a phone line for my office to use as a fax line. I had Agreements I need to fax out to people all over the country and this looked like a good solution. I had not problem using it till I when away for a 2 week vacation. When I came back I got error message that it my outbound calling rights had been suspended. I spent and whole morning tyring to get the online chat people to help and they finally gave me a phne number but told me not to let it out. Well here is the number 214 884 5124 and told I had made excessive call 20 percent over normal. I ask was the normal number and they said they did not know the system decided it. They bury that in the terms of service and don't give you a number that is excessive. So forget if you want to use this for business like their TV Ads Show. Only saving grace was I did not pay for the 3 year service That would have really made this worst.
