Stole money from account

I was charged on my credit card for services and then charged again in person and told that the money would be given back to me promptly and was given no explanation to why or how this happened and was told to keep quiet or he would loose his license and further more he couldn't remember a damn thing when the lie detector test was over and it was time to discuss it with my husband. Even though I past with flying colors he didn't do anything right and caused major problems between me and my husband. Do Not do business with him. He needs to retire because he can't remember a damn thing and still hasn't paid me my money!!!
