WIly Phone tactics rip-off deception

I tried to call and cancel a magazine charge that mysteriously appeared on my VISA from NSS Magazines. No person answered, only a voice activated system. Going through the rigamarole, they tell you '1' = yes and '2' = no. I cancelled the magazine and before confirmation the voice came back with an offer to give a gift if I keep the magazine and promptly listed 3 cheap useless gifts (which I'm sure will never arrive).

There is no place to say 'NO" to this. I hit '2' assuming it would mean NO.instead, I was informed I would receive gift 2 and continue my subscription for the entire year. This si the second magazine that has shown up unannounced on my VISA. I would dispute it but it's a VISA check card and can't be disputed.
