Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing dishonest ripoffs

This company mailed me a letter stating that i owed a debt. It was not signed by anyone, only a typed title "TelCollect Representative". The letter said if arrangements were not made within 15 days, they would commence with an asset investigation. If these assets were verifed that would be their next level of collection effort.

The letter was on a old piece of copy paper that was run off over and over. This is a rip off and the web site does not work, nor does the 1-800-379-1782, Ext. 312 number. The number gives a busy signal, three times, then disconnects. No other information is on the letter or even what the account is for with a fake account number.
